 Shigmo is an occasion where men express their rooted emotions, anxieties in a mock form. Now where it is celebrated with so much charm and enthusiasm. After the Holika Dahan, next morning people from specific region come together for Chor-thieves. During the Shigmo festivities, Sattari also witnesses other ritualistic dances.

"Sattariche chor" The act of stealing, wherein men paint their face with black colour ,tie tree branches around their heads along with Bamboo stick in their hand and go on visit each and every house of the village. what is noteworthy in these acts is that they are ritualistic and the victims anticipate thefts of their belongings. According to convention, only garden fruits are stolen. Sometimes, the thief specifically ask for Bananas, Coconut, Mangoes even Cock. The stolen things, however, belong to the community and are consumed jointly.
